Senate Legislation: Energy

S. 341 - Sen. John Kerry [D-MA]
A bill to restore fairness in the provision of incentives for oil and gas production, and for other purposes.

S. 357 - Sen. Dianne Feinstein [D-CA]
A bill to improve passenger automobile fuel economy and safety, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce dependence on foreign oil, and for other purposes.

S. 365 - Sen. Lindsey Graham [R-SC]
A bill to authorize the Secretary of Energy to establish monetary prizes for achievements in overcoming scientific and technical barriers associated with hydrogen energy.

S. 391 - Sen. Robert Menéndez [D-NJ]
A bill to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to permanently prohibit the conduct of offshore drilling on the outer Continental Shelf in the Mid-Atlantic and North Atlantic planning areas.

S. 411 - Sen. Gordon Smith [R-OR]
A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide credit rate parity for all renewable resources under the electricity production credit.
